What it did not have was anywhere to sell them. No website, no product pages, no checkout flow, and no way for regional buyers searching for leather goods to find the brand online. The opportunity was real but completely unreachable without a digital storefront.

Brand and Market Audit
Started by understanding the product, the buyer, and the regional market. Identified that local search for leather gifting products was underserved and that trust signals would be the primary conversion driver for a new brand.
Store Architecture
Mapped the full buyer journey from ad click to completed purchase. Designed the page structure, category hierarchy, and product layout before writing a single line of code to ensure the build served the conversion goal, not just the visual one.
Build and Content
Developed the full WooCommerce store with a custom theme, SEO optimised product pages, checkout flow, upsell paths, and review system. Product content and visual direction were aligned to the brand's premium positioning throughout.
