A system is only as good as its ability to adapt. We offer structured post-launch support to ensure your business operations never miss a beat.

30-Day Post-Launch Warranty

Every system we deploy includes a complimentary 30-day warranty period. During this time, we will resolve any bugs or issues directly related to the delivered scope of work at no additional cost. Please Note: This warranty is voided if another developer or unauthorized team member modifies, alters, or restructures the technical codebase or automations. Content changes (like updating text or images) are completely fine and will not affect your warranty.

Ongoing Support Options

For businesses that require continuous optimization, priority support, and infrastructure management, we offer two main paths:

  • Monthly Retainers: For clients who want hands-off management, regular dependency updates, proactive uptime monitoring, and guaranteed hours each month for minor enhancements.
  • Hourly Ad-Hoc Support: If you prefer not to commit to a monthly retainer, we remain available for ad-hoc support, issue resolution, and future feature expansions billed simply at an hourly rate.

Handoff & Training

If your internal team will be managing the system on a day-to-day basis, we provide clear documentation and a live training session during the handoff phase to ensure a smooth, confident transition.
